Peak Performance Practice Consulting (PPPC) was founded in 2016 by Dr. Vagan Tapaltsyan DDS, PhD and soon became a leader in the field of dental practice management and consulting. Our firm operates on advanced business principles utilized by Fortune 500 Companies to maximize profits by increasing our clients’ equity and revenue while reducing overhead. We serve both established and start up / transition practices, providing practice evaluation, optimization and management services.
About Our CEO
Dr. Vagan Tapaltsyan DDS, PhD is an Assistant Professor at UCSF School of Dentistry and maintains several successful private practices in the San Francisco Bay Area. He completed his DDS/PhD training at UCSF and his business training through Harvard Business School.
Dr. Tapaltsyan acquired his first dental practice while still a graduate student and soon developed a practice optimization methodology that grew his practices into an eight-figure venture. Forming Peak Performance Practice Consulting, he has successfully repeated this methodology in his clients’ practices across the United States. Dr. Tapaltsyan has published in numerous international journals and contributed to several academic textbooks, as well as lecturing internationally and appearing on NPR.
